Kyle C. McDonald is Chair and Terry Elkes Professor in the Earth and Atmospheric Sciences Department at The City College of New York (CCNY), and part-time faculty at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), California Institute of Technology. Prior to his tenure at CCNY Kyle was a scientist at JPL (1991-2011). Professor McDonald’s research emphasizes the use of remote sensing for characterizing terrestrial ecosystems and the cryosphere.
